Get Paid to Surf Programs

"Get Paid to Surf" programs were quite popular during 2000. 

However, in the fall of 2000 the internet advertising industry suffered a downturn which had an adverse effect. Many companies started looking much closer at their advertising campaigns and decided they were not receiving the return on their investment they were looking for.

Throughout the end of 2000 and beginning of 2001 many Pay2Surf companies ceased operations or changed their payout structures. Some companies decided to switch to a contest type of format and others decided to only pay people that joined other programs under the parent company.

Although we have included a few carefully chosen "Pay2Surf" programs, you should keep in mind that any one of them may change their payout structures at any time.
